Pearl Chin is an executive level nonprofit financial professional with over 14 years of experience in managing financial, administrative, and operational initiatives for nonprofits. From social services to the arts, Pearl has worked with many nonprofit organizations making their operations and programs more cost and time efficient. Her area of expertise includes government contract compliance and complex billing and reporting, managing multiple funding streams, accounting system design, grant management, P&L management, cost control, budgeting, audits, cost allocations, HR administration and operations management.  She manages organization with a holistic yet strategic approach bolstered with creative problem solving. She holds an M.B.A. in General Management from the Johnson School at Cornell University and trained as a chemical engineer from The Cooper Union.  In for-profit, she was previously a management consultant optimizing supply chain operations for billion dollar divisions of Fortune 500 companies. She is a New York City native and enjoys meditation, taichi, international travel, food and wine, gourmet cooking, purpose of life discussions, and her other nonprofit board and church member activities.
