Online Capacity-Building Workshops

From September to December 2022, te International Coalition of Sites of Conscience and the Hrant Dink Foundation organized five capacity workshops for 30 youth from the MENA region as part of the “Utilizing Digital Technology for Social Cohesion, Positive Messaging and Peace by Boosting Collaboration, Exchange, and Solidarity,” project funded by the European Union. The workshops built the capacities of young activists to identify hate speech and create and promote inclusive narratives to combat discrimination in the MENA region. It also supported the development of a network of young activists and encouraged an exchange of experiences to transform the skills gained into action.
