Jennifer Dodd is an experienced administrator and operations leader focused on the strategic direction and development of organizations to promote continued impact and sustainability. She was previously the Director of Administration and Business Operations for nonprofit trusts serving the unionized workforce of the New York City Transit system. Her longstanding commitment to championing for others includes managerial roles supporting underserved health care patients, funding community programs and research, and advising boards on how to leverage their organizational resources to better support communities in need. She has also coordinated and monitored grant and community programs for national health and social service organizations like the SEIU Committee of Interns and Residents, American Cancer Society, and NYC Early Intervention Program. Jennifer is an avid volunteer and actively involved in her Brooklyn community. She holds an M.B.A. and B.S. in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
