All memberships must be prepaid. Individual membership is non-transferable.

Annual Individual Membership dues are calculated on a sliding scale based on residency in low, middle, or high income countries as determined by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Human Development Indicators 2008 Table(PDF)
