  2. Staff Exchanges:For example, a representative from one site visits another site to learn from that site or advise that site on a specific project. Sites may also invite Coalition members, Trustees, or staff to share their international experience with local communities, authorities, or media to help legitimize and build public support for a project.

Eligibility

Please note that all applicants must submit final narrative and financial reports from previous projects or exchanges before applying for new grants. Preference is given to applicants that have not received funding from the Coalition within one year of the deadline for descriptions.

Application process

Prior to submitting a full project description, the Coalition Secretariat strongly urges applicant sites to contact the Coalition office prior to submitting a full project description. Secretariat staff is available to discuss the overall idea of the project; its planning and execution; to connect Sites with other sites and experts who could serve as resources where desired and necessary, including as potential partners for staff exchanges; provide models of program designs and evaluation tools; and on-site consultation.

After this preliminary conversation, members may submit a full project description. Descriptions should be submitted in electronic format and sent via email to sfernandez@sitesofconscience.org, and must follow and address all sections of the On-Site Project and and Staff Exchange Formats.

Please see the formats below for complete criteria and guidelines for submitting descriptions. Please review the guidelines and formats carefully, as some requirements and policies have changed.

Do not hesitate to contact the Coalition Secretariat if you have any questions or if you would like to brainstorm ideas for exchange partners or projects.
