January 2013: The Coalition is seeking a Marketing & Development Intern.

Marketing & Development Intern

The Development Intern will have the opportunity to develop skills and insight into the fields of nonprofit development and administration for an international membership organization.  The Development Intern will work directly with the Director of Institutional Advancement and the Development Associate to provide support in email marketing, prospect research, the development and assembly of fundraising materials, and general office administration.   The intern is expected to work 7-10 hours per week from February through May 2013.

Interns are integral to the work of the Secretariat of the International Coalition of Sites of Conscience. Interns gain hands-on experience in the fields of human rights, museology, and program management, and exposure to the methodologies and practices of Sites of Conscience. All internships are based in New York.

Internships are unpaid. However, students are often able to arrange academic credit. Students should check with their individual academic institutions for requirements.
